The www.oversoc.com website is the property of OverSOC. The use of contact forms is subject to personal data processing managed by OverSOC, whose contact details are as follows: 177 Allée Clémentine Deman, Campus WENOV, 59000 LILLE.

Purpose of data processing

The purpose of processing is to respond to a request for information on the following subjects:

  • Product/offer question
  • Request demo
  • Request a quote
  • Marketing/communication department contact

Concerning processed data

What personal data is involved?

  • First and last name
  • Personal or business e-mail address
  • Company
  • Telephone number (not mandatory)
  • Free text request specification (not required)

This data is only collected by OverSOC if it is actively provided by the website user.

Other technical data may be collected automatically or with the user's consent, via the IT services we use: browser, operating system or time of website consultation.

The data described above is collected via :

  • The contact form
  • Newsletter registration form
  • The beta-test program

Goals

Data processing allows OverSOC :

  • Guarantee that the website is provided to the user 
  • to establish a commercial relationship with the user (moral or physical) who has requested our services 
  • To send communications via the e-mail address (Newsletter "L'Essentiel by OverSOC") in case of registration to this one. 
  • Analyze user behavior and paths on the website

Recipients and storage of data

Hosting and storage

This site is hosted by Webflow.  

Personal data collected via forms (mentioned above) are transferred and stored by the Sarbacane service provider, on European and RGPD-compliant servers.

Data sharing

The data is also intended for the Matomo Analytics software, used by OverSOC staff, which is an analytics solution recommended by the CNIL and which respects the confidentiality and anonymity of users.

We undertake not to sell or share user data with third parties, unless required by law, or in the context of legal proceedings.

Data processing concerns :

  • Natural or legal persons using one or more of the above-mentioned data sources
  • OverSOC staff in charge of data processing

Data retention period

We do not retain user data beyond the time necessary to achieve the purposes (see Purposes) for which it is collected.

For security reasons and to protect user confidentiality, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption.
