OVERVIEW WORKBENCH

Describe the metric you need. Workbench builds it.

No more setting up the KPI Builder by hand. You ask for “EDR coverage of critical servers by site”, and the KPI is built, placed on a dashboard and kept up to date. All of it on your own AI account: your provider’s terms, not ours.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR

The work you will stop doing by hand

OverView Workbench is the AI assistant built into the platform. It has access to your reconciled inventory and to the tools that build your dashboards: it does not just answer, it makes what you describe.

Build a metric

You describe the measure in a sentence. The KPI Builder is filled in for you, the result run against your real data and added to the dashboard you choose. And you can reopen it in the builder to adjust it.

Assemble a dashboard

A full dashboard for a committee, a team or a site, put together from the existing library instead of rebuilt from scratch.

Ask about your infrastructure, past and present

“Which obsolete servers carry a critical vulnerability and are not backed up?” The answer comes from the inventory, not from an estimate. A snapshot of the inventory is taken every day and kept for three months, twelve months or the life of the contract, depending on your plan. So the assistant answers for last month too, and tells you what changed since then.

Define a scope

You describe the scope you want in plain language. The assistant probes your real data before proposing a configuration, instead of guessing.

Automate a report

Smart Reports apply your own instructions every time your inventory is refreshed and publish the result. The report writes itself when the data lands, not the night before the meeting.

Map the columns of an import

An export whose columns follow no convention is recognized and mapped for you, as it arrives in DropPoint.

WHAT REACHES THE MODEL

As soon as a feature reads your data, it runs on your AI account, not ours

This is not a sales promise, it is the product’s routing rule. Every AI feature states what it sends and which account is billed.

WHY YOUR OWN KEY

The contract that applies is yours

Retention, data use, data residency, the data processing agreement: the terms that govern your requests are the ones you signed with your provider, not ours. You do not have to audit our contract to know what happens to your data.

No new processor in your chain

France’s CNIL defines a processor as the body “processing data on behalf of another”. If you already use Anthropic or Mistral, that provider is in your chain and has passed your review. OverView’s AI features do not introduce a second one.

Model choice stays a policy decision

If an internal rule requires a European provider, you pick Mistral. With a vendor-supplied key, the vendor picks the model and changes it when it decides to.

You can see the spend, and cap it

Tokens show up on your own bill, your negotiated commitments apply, and you cut access whenever you want by revoking your key. No ticket to raise with us.

Two features run on our key: the help assistant, which reads none of your data, and column-name mapping, where only the headers are sent. Anything that touches your actual data goes through your key, unless your organization asks for and switches on managed access.

THE MODEL STAYS YOUR CHOICE

Four providers, and you decide

Each time you ask a question, you pick the provider and model from the pairs your organization has configured. An administrator manages the keys from a dedicated screen. Staying with a European provider is an option, not an exception.
